Hi there! My name is Allison and I am currently employed by a well-regarded school district in Suffolk County. I have experience teaching all core subject areas in K-6th grade and hold four NYS teaching licenses. I am heavily trained in the Common Core and spent this 2014-2015 school year preparing my class of fifth-graders for the CCSS Mathematics and ELA tests. I am an undergraduate of St. Joseph's College (3.97 GPA, Child Study, English, Special Education majors), and currently attending Long Island University for my masters (4.0 GPA, Literacy and Special Education major).

Hobbies
My three favorite hobbies are reading, playing soccer, and traveling all around the world! I believe there is much to be learned about the world we live in and look forward to every opportunity I have to learn from it. My weekends include a good book and a pick-up game of soccer or two. I enjoy spending time with my family or volunteering at a charity run.
